Salt
and pepper your fish,
Take your foil and roll it out about 14" and fold all
four sides double.
Place this on your gas grill on medium heat and add butter.
Slice your onion and place in the melted butter and cook until
onions are done.
Place your fish filets on top of onions and cook until fish
is white and flaky but not overdone where it is falling apart.
Caution;
serve with a spatula to keep your fish intact

fish with French fries or baked potato and a nice garden salad.
