KEEP YOUR TEMPERATURE AROUND 300 DEGREES WITH NO FIRE DIRECTLY
UNDER THE RIBS, THEY WILL BURN EASY! COOK RIBS UNTIL TENDER
BUT BE CAREFUL YOU DON'T DRY THEM OUT. WHEN YOUR RIBS ARE
DONE ADD YOUR SAUCE, BRUSH IT ON WITH A 2" PAINT BRUSH
AND TURN OVER AND BRUSH THE OTHER SIDE. DO THIS TWICE AS THE
SAUCE COOKS TO THE RIBS. IF YOU HAVE GUESTS THAT DON'T LIKE
SAUCE, BASTE ONE SLAB AND NOT THE OTHER. WINN DIXIE USUALLY
